Reformer Flow

Experience the benefits of classical Pilates with a twist. The Club Pilates signature, contemporary Reformer class strengthens and lengthens your entire body while taking your balance and coordination to the next level. Creatively flow from the Reformer to the Springboard, Chair, Mat and more, ensuring you never experience the same class twice. There are four levels so start at Flow 1 to get started.

 

Cardio Sculpt

This high-energy, low-impact class is perfect for the cardio junkie. The Pilates Jump-board facilitates plyometric movement against customizable spring tension, rather than gravity. In other words, you are lying down on the Pilates Reformer during the class while creating an aerobic workout that’s gentle on the joints. Quick transitions and endless class variations take your Pilates class to a new level with each visit. Pump up your heart rate while jumping laying down - what a concept, right?! Bonus: Jumping on the Reformer has been proven to increase bone density so it's great for the menopausal woman looking for a safe way to "jump" for cardio.

 

Center + Balance

Re-center and balance your body with apparatus-assisted stretching. Center + Balance involves light movement and deep stretching to leave you feeling long, loose and ready to take on whatever the day brings. A regular stretching routine helps reduce soreness and muscle fatigue, improve performance, decrease risk of injury and increase blood flow to your muscles.

 

Control

Inspired by Joseph Pilates’ work with dancers, Control sculpts your legs and glutes as you experience a whole new way of incorporating Pilates principles while standing up at the Springboard. The Reformer, gliding discs, fitness ball and free weights are used to keep your body guessing and getting stronger with every class. Integrating functional, standing movement into your Pilates practice increases strength, balance, stability and control in ways that will enhance your everyday life. Restore
